If a member asked you, they are asking every trainer. Whatever came up this week, somebody else has met the same thing and said nothing — so putting it here is the fastest way to get the answer to all of us.

You are the only person who knows it came up. Put it here and one question becomes an hour for every trainer, and some of it goes out to our members too. That is not a gap in you — it is the job. Nobody is too senior to ask, and no question is too small.
